VBS Mission: Church-Wide Shoe Drive for the Back to School Bash

This year, Rocky Mount Church Kids' Ministry is turning our Vacation Bible School mission into a local outreach—and the whole church is invited to join in! We’re partnering with the Back to School Bash to collect new everyday shoes and tennis shoes for local kids in need as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

How to Participate:

Starting June 8, visit the Narthex on Sunday mornings or stop by the check-in area during VBS drop-off and pick-up.

Pick up a pink or blue tag—each tag represents a specific child’s shoe size.

Purchase a new pair of shoes that matches the tag’s size.

Return the shoes to the church with the tag attached by June 30. 

Let’s come together as a church family to meet a real need in our own backyard. Every pair of shoes is a step toward confidence, comfort, and care for a local child—what a powerful way to show God’s love in action!
